Where is my order?

You should receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information once your order has shipped. Please wait 48 hours for the information to update. Shipment notifications are released via email once your order has shipped, but mysterious things happen! If it’s been 5+ business days since your order was placed and you have not received a shipment notification, reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to straighten everything out.

Please note: Some orders may ship in more than one package. While you may not receive multiple shipping notices for each package, rest assured that they are on the way.

Why hasn’t my email been answered yet?

We are a small team trying to respond as fast as we can. Please give us 48 hours to get back to you!

Oops! What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change your shipping address. We cannot remove or add products to your order once you’ve placed the order. Feel free to create an additional order for any products your heart desires!

What if my items I ordered arrive damaged?

No matter how much extra attention and care we put into packing your special items, sometimes things out of our control happen! If your order arrives damaged, we have you covered! Just email us as soon as your damaged product arrives and our customer service team will take care of you

When will a product be restocked?

Can I add a gift note or message to my order?

We cannot add any gift notes or messages to any orders due to limitations at the warehouse, but we have plenty of pop-up cards for you to mail on your own!

An item I purchased just went on sale!

It’s always a bummer to see an item you purchased on sale at a later date. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer price adjustments on items previously purchased. Make sure to take advantage of our promotions and sale items while you can! Join our email list to be the first to know about special sales and promotions.

How do you apply sales tax?

We charge sales tax for all the states we ship to in accordance to their state and local laws. The tax rate will vary depending on the address you provide!

International shipping:

We are only able to fulfill U.S. orders at this time, but we are hard at work figuring out the fine details to share our products overseas. Stay subscribed to our emails and social media for updates!

Shipping

This information is for domestic consumer orders only. UWP Luxe orders for in-stock merchandise are generally shipped within 2-3* business days of receipt. Shipping charge estimates are available on our Shopping Cart page after you select your desired items for purchase.

Standard Delivery:

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via US Mail, and generally will arrive in 3-7 ** business days. For Standard Delivery rates please review the chart below.

  • $0.00 to $49.99: $6.99
  • $50.00 and up: FREE  (calculated after any applied coupon discounts)

     

*5-7 days during Peak shipping season (Nov 1- Jan 1)

Returns

UWP Luxe is fully committed to providing the highest quality products. We are therefore happy to provide a refund or exchange your item within 10 days of package receipt if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item has a quality defect (Proof of damage is required by submitting a photo with your request and subject to screening).
  • Your package went missing and you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. The tracking number that comes with your package ensures the proof of delivery and ship date for both parties. The tracking number associated with your order will be screened and the carrier will be contacted by UWP Luxe, if such an issue occurs. In these cases, UWP Luxe will re-ship your package at no additional charge and with free shipping. If the defective product you received is no longer available, your payment for the returned, defective product will be credited back to your account.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of shipping the defective product back to UWP Luxe for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for an R/A number at info@upwithpaper.com; this R/A number MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE RETURNED PACKAGE. For refunds and exchanges, please mail defective product back to:

All refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot honor refunds and exchanges for:

  • Incorrect shipping address or name provided
  • Delayed shipping from USPS
  • Changes of heart or taste.
